However, what make our dessert really special and inimitable is a gassy, airy layer of the most gentle vanilla ice-cream, completed with caramel sauce.
Even though that our capital is famous for its cultural and historical sights. The Kiev cake has always been one of the most important symbols of this city. And it is not amazingly. Who can withstand temptation to this perfect composition of airy crunchy meringue with gentle butter cream? Who will not be impressed by the duo of fried hazelnuts with chocolate sauce? The Kiev cake conquers and inspires.
In such a way it inspired us to create a new kind of ice-cream based on the favorite dessert. Apart from those ingredients which are traditionally used while cooking the Kiev cake, you will find here two wide layers of your favorite vanilla ice-cream which are decorated with fried nuts and also a pattern from sweet caramel syrup. So, daringly call your friends for a cup of coffee and do not forget to surprise them with a new combination of the favorite cake and delicious ice-cream!
