Magic caramel apples

Ingredients:

  • 4 apples
  • 300 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 wooden sticks

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Wash the apples and insert wooden sticks.
  2. Mix sugar, water and lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cook over medium heat until caramel is obtained (about 10-15 minutes).
  4. Dip the apples in the caramel, then place them on parchment paper to cool. A delicious and unusual dessert is ready!

 

Spider Cookies

Servings: 10–12

Ingredients:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 100 g chocolate (for glazing)
  • jelly “eyes” for decoration

Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Mix soft butter with sugar until smooth.
  2. Add egg and vanilla sugar, mix well.
  3. Sift flour, baking soda and cocoa, gradually add to the mixture, kneading the dough.
  4. Form small balls and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  5. Bake at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes.
  6. After cooling, melt the chocolate. Using a pastry bag, make “spiders” from chocolate and decorate with “eyes”.

 

Witch's pumpkin mousse

Servings: 4–6

Ingredients:

  • 300 g pumpkin (peeled)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 200 g cream
  • 10 g agar-agar
  • spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) – to taste

Step-by-step recipe:

 

  1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil until soft. Then drain the water and beat into a puree.
  2. Add sugar and spices to the pumpkin puree and mix thoroughly.
  3. Beat the cream until stiff peaks and carefully add to the pumpkin mass.
  4. Add agar and mix.
  5. Divide the mousse into portioned glasses and leave to cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours. The dessert is ready!
