- 2. Add milk and 2/3 of the melted butter little by little.
- 3. Mix the dough until smooth and leave for 30 minutes.
- 4. Melt the remaining part of the oil - grease the pan with it when frying pancakes.
- 5. Fry the pancakes in a pan for 10 seconds on each side.

Having prepared pancakes, following the step-by-step recipe above, we offer an interesting option for serving this dish - in the form of a cake.
For filling and decoration:
- 250 ml of milk
- 200 g of orange jam
- 2 egg yolks
- 80 g of sugar
- 30 g of flour
- 1 glass of orange liqueur (optional)
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 1 orange
- 1. Melt the orange jam in a pan and add the liqueur to add flavor. (Liquor can be omitted if desired)
Prepare the cream:
- 2. In a bowl, easily beat the yolks with sugar.
- 3. Add flour in small portions, without stopping to stir vigorously.
- 4. Heat the milk with vanillin and slowly pour it into the egg mixture, continuing to beat.
- 5. Put the mixture on low heat and let the cream thicken. While continuing to stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- 6. Add orange jam to the cream and mix well.
