Classic pancakes with milk

Ingredients:
- 500 ml of milk
- 4 eggs
- 250 g of flour
- 60 g of melted butter
- 3 tbsp. of sugar
- salt
Step-by-step recipe:
- In a deep bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a fork and gradually add the sifted flour and a pinch of salt. It should be a cool dough.
- Then add melted butter and a little milk to the dough. Mix until smooth.
- Stirring constantly, add sugar and pour in the remaining milk. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Bake thin pancakes on a heated, buttered pan for about 10-15 seconds on each side. Periodically grease the pan with butter so that the pancakes have a beautiful golden color.
Light dietary pancakes

Ingredients:
- 150 g of flour
- 50 g of starch
- ½ bag of baking powder
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of skimmed milk
- 3 tbsp. of oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp. of sugar
- 1 packet of vanillin
- butter for frying
For the filling:
- 200 g thick yogurt
- 30 g of honey
- 30 g of chopped roasted almonds
Step-by-step recipe:
- Sift flour, starch, and baking powder into a bowl.
- Add water, milk, and oil in turn, beating everything with a whisk.
- Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and knead the dough to the state of thick yogurt.
- Heat the pan and grease it with butter.
- Pour out one ladleful of dough and spread it evenly over the pan. Fry until golden on both sides.
- Fry the pancakes in this way until the dough ends.
- In a separate bowl, beat yogurt with honey. Grease each pancake with the resulting cream, roll up and decorate with almonds.
Note: roasted almonds can be replaced with grated apple and added to the cream, so the pancakes will be even lower in calories.
