Ingredients for form d=22 cm:
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 4 eggs (divided into yolks and whites)
- 150 g butter
- 150 g of powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. starch
- 5 tbsp. flour
- a pinch of salt
- butter and flour for the mold

Recipe step by step:
- In a water bath, stirring slowly, melt the chocolate and butter.
- Next, cool the chocolate-butter mixture a little and add egg yolks one at a time, then flour and starch.
- In a separate bowl, beat the whites with salt. When foam starts to form, add powdered sugar.
- Combine the whites whipped into a thick foam with the chocolate mixture, slowly mixing from top to bottom.
- Turn on the oven to heat up. The required temperature is 140 degrees.
- Lubricate the baking dish with the remaining butter, sprinkle with flour and pour over the dough and send to bake for 30 minutes.
Before serving, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
