Want something healthy, tasty and truly summery? Try creating a simple but very effective matcha ice cream bowl at home – a dessert that is easy to repeat, but difficult to forget. Ideal if you want to surprise guests or cheer yourself up after a hot day.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 100-150 g vanilla ice cream
- 100 ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, etc.)
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp honey
- fruits: mango, kiwi, strawberry
- chia pudding or granola for texture
- coconut flakes or sesame seeds for serving
Preparation:
- Beat matcha, milk and honey in a blender.
- Place chia pudding or granola on the bottom of a bowl.
- Add chopped fruit, matcha mixture and ice cream.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes or sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Tropical ice cream bowl

This bowl has all the atmosphere of the tropics: bright fruits, light sourness and ice cream. This is a dessert that instantly takes your mind to the beach.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of Banket ice cream, passion fruit sorbet
- slices of pineapple, kiwi, banana
- 1-2 tbsp. of coconut yogurt
- chia seeds
- lime juice
- coconut flakes
- mint leaves
Preparation:
- Put the coconut yogurt on the bottom of a bowl.
- Add fruit, ice cream and chia.
- Pour over lime juice, sprinkle with coconut flakes and add a few mint leaves if desired.
Breakfast with ice cream bowl

Ideal for when you want something sweet, but with a hint of healthy and homemade. It tastes like a warm morning with coffee and a magazine.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of Vershkove ice cream
- 1/3 cup of granola or flakes
- strawberries, blueberries, raspberries of your choice
- 1 tbsp. honey
- favorite nuts for a crunchy note
Preparation:
- Layer granola, berries and ice cream.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Garnish with chopped nuts. It tastes great with a cup of coffee or green tea.
Bowl with roasted peaches and ice cream

When you want something special, but without complicated cooking - this bowl with warm peaches and cool ice cream creates the perfect balance.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of Plombir ice cream
- 1 peach or nectarine
- 1 tbsp. of honey or brown sugar
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- mint leaves
Preparation:
- Cut the peach, add cinnamon and fry a little until soft.
- Put in a bowl, add ice cream.
- Pour honey and decorate with mint.
Ukrainian bowl with cherries

Nostalgic, bright, local. Such a bowl is easy to serve as a homemade dessert, in which modernity and tradition meet.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of ice cream Plombir or Vershkove
- 50 g of pitted cherries
- 1-2 tbsp. cherry jam
- grated walnuts
- lemon balm or mint for decoration
Preparation:
- Serve the cherries fresh or lightly stew with sugar.
- Put jam on the bottom of the bowl, then ice cream.
- Add cherries, sprinkle them with nuts and decorate them with herbs.
