The scales of our production have no equal within Ukraine and Lasunka has 20-years of experience in producing ice-cream, which means we can confidently announce, that "Lasunka" is the biggest producer of ice-cream and frozen products in Ukraine.
The complex of equipment ensures uninterrupted operation of the milk receiving, pasteurization and cooling area, the filler production area, as well as the waffle production area, thanks to which our customers can enjoy their favorite ice cream flavors: from simple, at first glance, creamy ice cream in a waffle cup to ice cream cake.
The Lasunka enterprise employs more than 1,000 employees. Their professional attitude and responsible approach towards their work each day, helps to make a major contribution to the company’s development, constantly increasing our quality and widening our assortment of products. We have young and talented directors at the head of our numerous crew. Our conjoint work is a continuation of the work of each participant – these produce new ideas, solutions and issues from which the final results of all our projects depend.
At present the company Lasunka is already a group of four enterprises. These include large-scale production facilities based in different cities of Ukraine (Dnepr, Ternopil), and individual companies whose activities are aimed at ensuring the company’s logistics.
Certificat FSSC 22000
In April 2016, Lasunka LLC introduced a food safety management system in accordance with the requirements of the FSSCZ22000 certification scheme for food safety and quality management systems, which includes the requirements of ISO 22000:2018, ISO / TS 22002-1:2009 and additional requirements of FSSCZ22000. The certification body on behalf of DQS CFS GmbH, (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) was DKS Certification Ukraine LLC. The FSSCZ22000 certification scheme establishes the requirements for the safety and quality management system of industries and companies that are involved in various stages of production, supply, storage and shipment of food products. In 2024, Lasunka LLC underwent an audit, which confirmed that the safety management system fully complies with the requirements set out in the FSSCZ22000 scheme.
Certificat IFS Food
IFS is a standard that has provided a unified approach to food suppliers. It encompasses a package of global standards for safety, quality and programs that ensure transparency and comparability across the entire supply chain from fork to fork.
The IFS Food standard is built on the general aspects of the food safety and quality management system. However, the main aspect is done on building trust in products and processes, i.e. safety, quality, legality, authenticity and compliance with defined customer requirements is ensured through on-site assessment, inspection and documentation verification.
IFS Food certification is the highest assessment of the company's ability to produce products that are safe, high-quality and meet customer specifications.
IFS Food standards go beyond product safety and aim to deliver reliable products that meet the expectations of the buyer's company.
The IFS certificate is a guarantee that a functional product safety and quality management system has been implemented at the enterprise, which is aimed at constantly improving the integrity, quality and product authenticity.
