Curly Pincher - is one of the most beloved cakes from our childhood. And in each family each housewife has her own way to cook it which made a dessert really unique. How you need to bake layers, how long you need to soak them in sour cream or cream, how to cook the glaze, which decorations for the cake to use... Today we are sharing our brand recipe of cooking a pincher with you. Crunchy waffles and pieces of chocolate, gentle vanilla ice-cream and chocolate glaze, fried nuts and raisins - meet, this is our cake "Curly Pincher"!
We are absolutely sure - better than a big portion of ice-cream can only be a whole cake-ice-cream! Our "Curly Pincher" is an opportunity to newly look at a traditional home-made dessert, make it more interesting and unusual. How did we do it? Of course, as a base, we decided to take you favorite ice-cream. And then magic of culinary art began.
In order to make the cake of several layers, we baked aromatic waffles which we greased with classic vanilla ice-cream. In order to make the taste of a cake more interesting and richer, we decided to add whole pieces of black chocolate and crunchy fried peanuts. As a decoration we used traditional thick cacao-glaze. And as a finishing touch in our pincher there are fried nuts and sweet raisins. Share this dessert with your family and, maybe, it will be your new favorite family treat.
